The assessment is provided to all participants and upon completion, comprehensive individual and group feedback reports are developed. Additional resources are available for the leader to work through the more challenging aspects that are revealed through the instrument and process.
The Path Fourward Leadership Inventory is a customized assessment to help leaders identify behaviors associated with the Fourward Leadership model. The results are used to engage in important conversations to level up your leadership and co-create thriving organizations with valuable stakeholders.
